Users
The Users page has account information for the people in your organization who are BOE Pro or Cost Volume Pro users. It also shows how recently and how many times each person has logged in to one of the ProPricer web applications. If you have both BOE Pro and Cost Volume Pro, the Users page is a convenient place for managing all users.
You can add, edit, and delete users. You can also manage product licenses assigned to a user.
When you select a single user on the Users page, the Summary information appears to the right along with the Administrator and Disabled options. You can view or change all other information by editing a user.
Designating a user as an administrator grants that person full access to the features in Authorization Server Pro.
Disabling a user prevents that person from logging in to ProPricer web applications. However, all the profile information is retained. At any time and as often as needed, you can disable and enable other users. Once you enable a user, that person can immediately log in and resume working.
There are three login types available for a user: Local, Windows (Active Directory), and Azure (Active Directory). You can choose a login type when you add a new user.
